Thin composite coatings based on gelatin with inorganic nanoparticles

A technique for the formation of gelatin thin films and composite coatings with silicon dioxide zinc oxide nanoparticles by spin coating has been developed. New data morphology structural characteristics formed nanocomposite were obtained atomic force microscopy. The dependences roughness parameters on content in polymer matrix are presented. It shown that introduction inorganic into structure makes it possible to form nanocomposites a rough surface. established incorporation leads hydrophobization surface polymer-inorganic based gelatin. Modification (up 8 mg per 1 gelatin) improves wettability water.
